RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

This residential renovation at Vigie provided a completely modern makeover of one of the older houses in the vigie community. The new structure wrapped around the older building, providing structural support, the Balcony quadrupled in size, and a timber clad two car garage helped to soften up the new clean lines.

MODERN RESIDENCE

This modern residence was designed to capture the views and site breezes perfectly. The engineered and cantilevered concrete slabs minimized foundation cost and provided clear internal spans.

CPJ FRESHMART

When the client asked us for a simple but attractive store front, we turned an old warehouse facade into an eye catching supermarket for the modern market.

MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE

This stately design was designed to hug the terrain of it's steeply sloping site in order to minimize the need for retaining walls or excavation. The living room on the main floor flows into its cantilevered balcony once the large folding doors open, erasing the line between indoor and outdoor living.
